According to the Bible Fellowship Blueprints, the assistant teacher is the right-arm of the teacher. This person fills in for the teacher when absent or at least three times a quarter. Assistants oversee the class coordinators to maintain ministry balance. They handle all preliminary matters before the lesson, making sure Sundays run smoothly and with excellence.
