What is THE 8:08?
THE 8:08 is an exciting, first-look worship gathering every Sunday at Blackshear Place. Combining the extraordinary worship of the BPBC choir ministry with a praise team and the energetic preaching ministry of Pastor Jeff W. Crook, this service launches Sunday family worship in a fresh, new way. It's called THE 8:08 because that's the time that it will begin. That's right, you've got an extra 8 minutes to get there!
Why should I come to THE 8:08?
Our 9:30 and 11:00 services are full, so we are looking to balance our three morning worship services by launching this newly emphasized service on August 8. And, as an incentive, each Sunday morning you can treat your family to a time of fellowship before THE 8:08, as we share fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts and coffee in the foyer.
How do I sign up for THE 8:08?
We need many in our church family to commit to sacrifice their seats at the 9:30 and 11 worship hours and come to this exciting service. Will you be a part? You can sign up in the foyer on Sundays or online below. I can't wait until 8/8; I hope that you will take the challenge and join us for THE 8:08!
